Looking for a Lofty Alternative? You Might Just Need a Layer
Lofty (you might still call it Chime) is a capable all-in-one platform. IDX website, CRM, lead capture, AI nurture, dialer. If you are paying for it and using the lead engine, ripping it out is a big move. Before you go looking for a Lofty alternative, it is worth asking a sharper question: what is actually missing?
For most agents the answer is not the CRM. Lofty manages contacts and follow-up fine. What is missing is the part no contact platform is built to do.
What a platform is not built to tell you
A CRM tells you who to call next. It does not tell you whether you are on pace for the year. It tracks leads and tasks. It does not turn your take-home goal into a daily number, and it does not look at your open deals and tell you what your pipeline is worth right now. That is a different job. Lead management and business management are not the same thing, and most platforms are built for the first.
Add the layer instead of swapping the platform
This is why I do not think of Closing Day as a Lofty replacement. Keep Lofty for what it is good at: contacts, drips, lead routing. Then put Closing Day on top as the accountability and forecasting layer.
- Your take-home goal becomes a daily conversation number you actually hit.
- Every deal lives on one pipeline screen with a SmartClose win probability and the reason behind it.
- One forecast tells you your expected GCI and take-home from the deals you have right now.
It is thirty nine dollars a month solo, self-serve, and it sits alongside your existing stack instead of asking you to migrate years of contacts.
The honest test
If your problem is lead generation and database, that is Lofty's lane and you should keep leaning on it. If your problem is "I have the leads and the tools, but I still cannot tell you if I am winning this year," you do not need a new platform. You need the layer that answers that one question.
