Persona 2
Team leads
Run a smaller team inside a larger brokerage. Need the same roster view at team scale — usually 3-15 agents — with the ability to coach mid-week without scheduling another meeting.

Mentors
Pair informally with newer agents. Get permissioned access to a single agent's numbers so you can have a useful conversation when they call you with 'I have this deal that's stuck.'

Solo agents
Head to Settings → Coach Permissions and grant a specific email address Coach View access to your account. They see the same Coach View as a broker would. Revoke any time.
Common pattern: solo agent grants their broker's productivity coach access for a 90-day push toward year-end goal, then revokes when the engagement ends.
Team accounts
The team admin gets Coach View by default across the whole roster (up to 20 agents). Designate additional Coach roles for team leads or in-house mentors as needed.
Every Coach View access is logged in an audit trail so admins can see exactly who viewed what and when.

What is Coach View? +
Coach View is a separate workspace inside Closing Day for the people who coach agents — brokers, team leads, mentors, and productivity coaches. It surfaces the same SmartClose AI data the agent sees, but framed for coaching: a roster with average win probability per agent, drill-down on each agent's three highest-probability deals, and grounded coaching prompts.
Who is Coach View built for? +
Four personas: brokers running an office or independent brokerage, team leads who run a small team inside a brokerage, mentors who pair with newer agents informally, and productivity coaches who get paid to coach independent agents. The same workspace works for all four — the difference is just who you've granted access to.
How do permissions work? +
Coach permissions are agent-controlled. As a solo agent, head to Settings → Coach Permissions and grant access to a specific person by email. They get a Coach View into your numbers. You can revoke at any time. Team accounts have a built-in admin role that grants Coach View by default, plus an audit log so you know exactly what was viewed and when.
What does a coach actually see? +
A roster of agents you have access to, sorted by average SmartClose probability across their pipeline (with trend arrows). Click into an agent and you see their three highest-probability deals by name with reasoning, their goal-to-pace gap, their funnel ratios, and a set of grounded coaching prompts the AI generates from their actual numbers.
What are 'grounded coaching prompts'? +
Suggested questions the coach can ask the agent that are anchored in their data — for example, 'Patricia is at 22% with a Zillow lead pattern that historically stalls. What's your plan?' rather than a generic 'how's your pipeline?' The coach decides whether to use them. The AI just makes the unprepared agent's pipeline obvious so the human conversation can be sharper.
Is Coach View extra cost? +
No. Coach View is included in both Solo ($39/mo) and Team ($250/mo flat for up to 20 agents) plans. A solo agent can grant a coach access to their account at no extra cost. Teams get Coach View for the team admin and any designated coaching role.
