Is the data in Closing Day guaranteed to be accurate? ▾
Closing Day is an informational and organizational tool. The numbers you see (pipeline, GCI, goal pace, forecasts) are only as accurate as the data you put in. We don't audit, reconcile, or verify transaction details, financials, dates, or commissions. Nothing in the app is legal, financial, tax, accounting, or real estate advice, and you shouldn't treat it that way. Always verify your own numbers against your brokerage, closing statements, and tax records before making any business decision.
Who's responsible for my business decisions and my data? ▾
You are. You're the one running your business, and we're just giving you a calm place to see it. You're responsible for the data you enter, the transactions you execute, the deadlines you hit, and your compliance with every law and regulation that applies to you. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Closing Day and its operators are not liable for any monetary damages, including lost profits, lost commissions, missed deadlines, lost data, or anything else, arising from your use of the service. Can I take my data with me if I cancel? ▾
Yes. You can download a full CSV export of your transactions, daily activities, contacts, goals, and coaching notes at any time from Settings → Export data inside the app. No ticket, no waiting period. It's your business. Your numbers leave with you.
